Itinerary

DAY 01 : AIRPORT – COLOMBO/NEGOMBO
Arrival and welcome at the airport. Transfer to hotel and check-in rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 02 : COLOMBO/NEGOMBO – CULTURAL TRIANGLE
Breakfast at the hotel. Do a brief city tour of Colombo (for customers accommodated in Colombo) and Negombo (for customers accommodated on Negombo) and thereafter proceed to cultural triangle via Pinnawela..
 Visit the Elephant Orphanage, home to many orphaned elephants who roam freely. But why does a visit to Pinnawela create so much excitement? This is the one place you would get to see these gentle giants up close when they stroll to the nearby river at 10.00am and 2.00pm daily. It’s an opportunity to take lots of pictures of them taking a bath, enjoying the water, playing, and socializing with the rest of the elephants.
If time permits visit the cave temple in Dambulla, dating back to 1st century B.C. Dambulla Rock Temple houses some of the most unique drawings in magnificently constructed 5 cave temples flanking the golden temple of Dambulla. Observe how exquisitely cave paintings are done along walls that shelter 150 statues of Lord Buddha. As you enter the retreat, look straight up to the gigantic Buddha statue glittering in gold over a land, which today houses an important junction in the country's economic and cultural uplifting.

DAY 03 : CULTURAL TRIANGLE – KANDY
Breakfast at hotel.Transfer to Sigiriya and climb the rock fortress, the 5th century rock citadel of King Kasyapa and World Heritage Site. Sigiriya doesn't only boasts of ancient Sri Lankan engineering & urban planning supremacy but also acclaims to be one of the finest monuments of art & culture. Surrounded  by ramparts & moats the Lion Rock, resembling the mythological 'City of  Gods' is coated by frescoes that relate to Gupta style paintings found in  Ajanta caves of India.
Thereafter proceed to Kandy via Matale. Enroute visit a Spice garden. 
Late afternoon sightseeing Kandy including a visit to the temple of the tooth relic. . Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 04 : KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA
Breakfast at the Hotel & Transfer to Nuwara Eliya via Peradeniya. Enroute visit the royal botanical gardens in Peradeniya and a tea plantation & tea factory and witness the process of Ceylon tea.
Walk into this 147 acre bliss of an experience, passing well-tended lawns, pavilions & an octagon conservatory to be greeted by the vast expanse of a magnificently landscaped lush green turf which will encourage you for an exhilarating break.
Late afternoon, do a city tour of Nuwara Eliya. Misty steep roads, twisting through lush green blankets of tea bushes in a cool climate, remind visitors that they are within the range of the renowned British colonial retreat, Nuwara Eliya. Augmented by an English countryside atmosphere, the city of light once governed by English & Scottish planters is still studded with colonial bungalows, hedgerows & one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in the world.

DAY 05 : NUWARA ELIYA – BEACH
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer to your beach destination (Program includes beach  
Destinations from Negombo to Weligama). 
Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 06 : BEACH – AIRPORT
Breakfast at the hotel.

Sri Lanka is probably the only place in the world where you can view a species of both the world’s largest land mammal, the elephant, and the largest water mammal, the blue whale. Five species of whale, including the blue whale and the minke whale, are regularly seen in the seas off Kalpitiya. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to spot spinner dolphins too and these wonders  have made Sri Lanka a popular Destination Amoung Tourists All Over The World
