Pricing and Availability -
Prices and availability mentioned in the availability calendar are tentative and base prices and is for reference purpose only. Once you fill in the form to enquire about the price and availability as per your requirement, our operations team will cross check the same and email you the details within the next few hours.
If the hotel is available online under booking mode, you can book the room for your preferred dates. Some hotels are available to book with a token amount as well. Once you process your booking, our operations team will confirm the same and send you the hotel confirmation number in 4-8 hours. In rare instances, if we are unable to confirm your booking after you have paid us, we will offer you alternate options. You can choose from any alternate options or else we will fully refund you the amount.
Price Match - We have kept our policies fairly simple. Here are the Price Match Policies -
- If you find a better price post your booking with us, within 24 hours of booking, we will refund you the difference.
- If you find any price better than our website price, we will offer you to book with us at that price or will offer a better price for you.
Booking Policy - The bookings on the website are confirmed by our team. After checking the booking details, our team will process your reservation with the hotel and confirm the same. The booking confirmation to you will be sent within 4-8 hours maximum.
Please be rest assured that your amount is secure with us. We will offer you alternate room types or alternate hotels or refund you the entire amount if in case we are unable to process and confirm your booking.
Flexible Bookings - We try to make the booking as flexible as possible in sync with the hotel cancellation policies and room availabilities. The cancellation policy would vary from hotel to hotel and date to date and the payment terms will vary as per the cancellation policy. You will be communicated about the respective cancellation policy and payment terms about your reservation along with the hotel confirmation email.
*Please note that if the payments are not made as per the payment schedule of the booking, the company has the right to cancel your booking and may or may not forfeit the amount as per companies discretion.
